Swaziland is a small kingdom nestled in between South Africa and Mozambique. The king and the parliament rule the country although the king has appointed most of the members of the parliament. The country was promised independence in 1881, but because of wars and political reluctance this did not happen until 1968.

Swaziland er et lille kongerige, der ligger på grænsen mellem Sydafrika og Mozambique. Kongen og parlamentet regerer landet. Det er kongen der har udpeget de fleste medlemmer af parlamentet. Landet blev lovet uafhængighed i 1881, men pga. krige og politisk modvilje, skete dette ikke før 1968.
