Acclimatization for Kili
Janet's cousin Warren's son, Jacob, was having his Bar Mitzvah in Denver on Aug 14, so the clan gathered for a weekend of family fun. We used this as an excuse to start our trip early and spend 2 weeks in Colorado - the last 10 days in the mountains to acclimatize to altitude, in preparation for our ascent on Kilimanjaro.
